Keidel Supply Co. enjoys a special relationship with builders, plumbers, and homebuyers. Homebuyers choose the items, plumbers install and service the equipment, and builders make it all come together in a timely manner. Keidel acts as a facilitator in helping all three achieve their goals.

We work closely with prospective homebuyers to help them select the fixtures and faucets that will make their home special.

We work with plumbers to make sure that the selected items arrive on the job site in good condition when they're needed.

We work with builders to see to it that their customers receive the personalized attention they appreciate and that their project does not suffer needless delays while the plumber waits for material to arrive. Whatever role you play in the building process, Keidel is here to serve you.

• Keidel owns a fleet of trucks delivering out of four locations that cover the entire greater Cincinnati region.
  
  We can deliver materials directly to your jobsite and will hold merchandise purchased in advance for delivery according to your building schedule. You can call us a day ahead and we can usually tell you about what time our truck will arrive.
  
  
• We are on call 24 hours a day for emergency commercial water heater replacements, and we can deliver them the same day.
  
  
• We will special order prepaid merchandise from any of our manufacturers for you if we don't carry your specific need.
  
  
• Our design specialists can guide you through the myriad of options we offer that will make your home that special place that says you.
  
  
• We can provide you with individualized attention often not available in larger, more impersonal retail establishments.
